Classic content has been garnered from either: a) providers that exclusively own and control the copyright, in which case, we license the content from them, or b) the content’s copyright is in the public domain (PD), however the master files were legally sourced from the owner and provided to us as a title in the PD. For those PD titles we have uprezed and encoded each file, created CC files, ad cue points, created artwork in multiple formats, and created metadata. The metadata, art and additional elements, are our copyrights and may not be used without license from us.
